BlackPowerBunny Camp Iwannabun: Session 2! (from daily bunny) Aug 3, 2008 2:50 PM Perhaps you remember Camp Iwannabun from the first session of the summer... Well, Session 2 is underway, and there is trouble afoot... The campers' two weeks on the lake are almost over, and they all gather for one last dinner together in the mess hall. All is well, until... the food starts to run out!! After a long day of canoeing, arts and crafts, and relay races, the hungry buns must have more munchables! In a flurry of fur, they storm the camp kitchen!... [STAMPEDE!!] The kitchen staff responsible for not ordering enough greens is promptly mobbed and taken down. :P I want to be that person in the last pic!! BunMania!! sooo many! :D All these adorable baby buns are part of a "herd of 11" up for adoption with the Friends of Rabbits Rescue in Virginia... you can read more about them and their story here. Good luck, little herd! Hope you always have enough snacks to go around ;)
BlackPowerBunny Awwwe!!!! (from Daily Bunny) Jul 30, 2008 5:01 PM look at that cast! Don't worry little bun. You'll be hopping around on all fours soon! This is Valentino, he's the Vancouver Rabbit Rescue and Advocacy's poster bunny for their Broken Bunny Fund. Valentino's actually already made a full recovery. However there are others that still need help; like little Willy who you can read more about here.
BlackPowerBunny "Uh, hullo sir?" (from Daily Bunny) Jul 30, 2008 4:23 PM "Please, sir, would you be so kind as to bring me the television remote control and the box of gourmet carrot snack crackers? Thank you ever so much!" What a polite-looking bunny! Very proper posture. :) This is Sugarberry, a boy bun who was rescued in a sad condition with a very bad ear mite infection - but since being taken in by the Upstate New York House Rabbit Society, he has been recovering quite well and is getting his fur and his spirit back! :) Now he is up for adoption, yay! You can find out more about him and his story here - good luck, little Sugarberry! :D
BlackPowerBunny Home Brew Buddy (from DailyBunny.com) Jul 30, 2008 3:57 PM "Okay, so it says here on the side of this 'True Brew' bucket that to make a good IPA, you need to add lots of hops... I can totally help you out with that. ...How did you make beer before you adopted me?!" Bunnies + good beer... what more could you want?! :D Thanks, Becca, for the great pic of Obi-Wan! He looks like he's all about the home brewing quality control... oh, and excellent name! ;)
